Does GoHighLevel have a native Browse AI integration?

Yes. As of May 2026 (beta), GoHighLevel has a native Browse AI integration built directly into the Workflow Builder. It includes one instant trigger (New Completed Task) and four actions (Run Task, Bulk Run Tasks, Get Task, Get Bulk Run). Authentication uses an API key. No Zapier, Make, or third-party middleware required.

GoHighLevel now has a native Browse AI integration inside the Workflow Builder. Not a Zapier connector. Not a Make scenario. A real, first-party integration that lets your workflows trigger web scrapes, react to completed scraping tasks, and pipe the captured data straight into the CRM.

This integration is currently in beta. The capability set and behavior may change as GoHighLevel refines it. That said, the core trigger and actions are functional today.

This matters because Browse AI is one of the most popular no-code web scraping tools for agencies doing competitor monitoring, lead enrichment, and data capture. Until now, connecting it to GoHighLevel meant routing data through Zapier or Make, adding cost, latency, and a failure point that is invisible until a lead falls through the gap. The native integration removes the middleware entirely.

What the Native Integration Includes

The integration ships with one instant trigger and four actions, all available inside the Workflow Builder.

One instant trigger fires the moment a Browse AI robot task finishes. This is webhook-backed, not polling, so there is no five-minute delay. Your workflow reacts to completed scrapes in real time.

Four actions let workflows run robots, queue bulk runs, and fetch results from previously initiated tasks. These actions run inside the Workflow Builder alongside every other GoHighLevel action, using the same branching, conditions, and sequencing you already know.

All trigger and actions are premium workflow components. Premium action credits apply at the standard automation rate. Browse AI's own robot credits and task credits are billed separately by Browse AI on your Browse AI account.

The Trigger: New Completed Task

The single trigger, New Completed Task, fires the instant a Browse AI robot task finishes. It is webhook-backed, which means there is no polling interval. The moment Browse AI completes a task, GoHighLevel receives the payload and kicks off the workflow.

Filterable by Robot. You can scope the trigger to a specific Browse AI robot rather than reacting to every completed task across your account. You can also apply a Select Operator filter to narrow the trigger further.

What the trigger returns. The payload includes the captured data from the scrape plus task metadata. Workflow variables from the trigger output are available to every downstream action in the workflow, so you can map scraped fields directly into CRM updates, email templates, or conditional branches.

Sample setup. Add the Browse AI trigger in the Workflow Builder, select New Completed Task, pick the Robot to monitor, and run Find New Records to capture a sample payload. This sample populates the variable picker so you can map fields without guessing field names.

The 4 Actions

Run Task

Runs a single Browse AI robot against one URL or set of input parameters. You specify the Robot ID and pass any input parameters the robot expects. The robot executes and the results become available via the Get Task action or the New Completed Task trigger.

This is the action you reach for when a workflow needs to scrape a specific page on demand. A contact submits a URL through a form, the workflow fires Run Task against that URL, and the captured data flows back into the CRM.

Bulk Run Tasks

Queues a bulk run against multiple URLs or input sets. Same Robot ID, but the inputs are batched. Use this when a workflow needs to scrape a list of pages rather than a single one. A CSV upload of competitor URLs, a list of product pages pulled from a CRM field, or a batch of leads that each need a LinkedIn profile scraped.

Get Task

Fetches the results of a previously initiated single task. Pass the task ID and the action returns the captured data and task status. Use this when your workflow does not wait for the trigger but instead checks results at a later step.

Get Bulk Run

Fetches the results of a previously initiated bulk run. Pass the bulk run ID and the action returns the captured data for all tasks in the batch. Pairs naturally with Bulk Run Tasks when you need to process results downstream.

Workflow variables are accepted in every input field across all four actions, so you can dynamically pass Robot IDs, URLs, and parameters from earlier workflow steps.

How to Connect Browse AI to GoHighLevel

The connection uses an API key, not OAuth. This is a straightforward setup.

  1. Log in to your Browse AI dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings, then API Keys.
  3. Generate a new API key (or copy an existing one).
  4. In GoHighLevel, open Automation, then Workflows, and pick or create a workflow.
  5. Add a Browse AI trigger or action by searching for "Browse AI" in the Apps tab.
  6. Click Connect your account and paste the API key.
  7. For triggers: pick the Robot to monitor and optionally add a Select Operator filter, then run Find New Records to capture a sample payload.
  8. For actions: pick the Robot ID and pass any input parameters the robot expects. Run Test Action to validate.
  9. Save and publish.

Once connected, the integration is available across all workflows in that sub-account. Multi-account support is available via the Connected Account dropdown on each step.

Use Cases

On-Demand Scraping from Customer Submissions

A customer submits a competitor URL through a GoHighLevel request form. The workflow runs the relevant Browse AI robot against that URL using the Run Task action, waits for the task to finish via the New Completed Task trigger, parses the captured fields, and writes them onto the customer's CRM record. No manual scraping, no copy-paste, no tab-switching between Browse AI and GoHighLevel.

Daily Competitor Monitoring Piped into Internal Alerts

Set a Browse AI robot to run on a daily schedule against a competitor's pricing page or product listing. When the task completes, the New Completed Task trigger fires a GoHighLevel workflow that compares the captured data against the last known values and sends an internal Slack alert or email notification if anything changed. This turns GoHighLevel into a competitor intelligence hub without requiring a human to check manually.

Bulk Lead Enrichment from URL Lists

Upload a CSV of prospect website URLs into GoHighLevel. A workflow fires the Bulk Run Tasks action, passing each URL to a Browse AI robot configured to extract contact details, company size, tech stack, or whatever fields matter for qualification. When the bulk run completes, Get Bulk Run pulls the results and the workflow updates each contact record with the enriched data. What previously required a manual VA task now runs on autopilot.

Pricing: What This Actually Costs

Two cost layers apply, and they are billed separately.

GoHighLevel side: The Browse AI trigger and all four actions are premium workflow components. Every time the trigger fires or an action runs inside a workflow, it uses credits at the standard premium automation rate. If you plan to run high-frequency scraping workflows, model this with the Total Cost Calculator before going live. The integration itself has no separate fee on top of your GoHighLevel subscription.

Browse AI side: Browse AI bills based on robot credits and task credits on your Browse AI account. Running robots through the GoHighLevel integration consumes your Browse AI credits the same way running them from the Browse AI dashboard would. Adding the GoHighLevel integration does not change your Browse AI pricing, but more automated workflows will naturally increase your Browse AI usage.

Who Should Use This Integration

Agencies doing competitor monitoring for clients. If you track competitor pricing, product listings, review counts, or content changes for clients, this integration automates the capture and pipes it directly into GoHighLevel workflows for alerting and reporting.

Lead enrichment workflows. If your sales pipeline depends on enriching leads with data scraped from company websites, LinkedIn profiles, or directory listings, the Bulk Run Tasks action paired with the trigger turns GoHighLevel into an enrichment engine without third-party middleware.

Data capture automations. Any workflow where a user-submitted URL needs to be scraped and the results written back to a CRM record benefits from this integration. Real estate agents scraping property listings, e-commerce agencies monitoring supplier catalogs, consultants pulling data from client websites for audits.

Honest Limitations

Being straightforward about what this integration does not do saves you setup time.

  • Beta release. This is not a fully stable, mature feature. The capability set and behavior may change. Test thoroughly before relying on it for production workflows.
  • Premium credit cost. Every trigger fire and action execution consumes premium workflow credits. High-frequency automations (robots running hourly across dozens of URLs, for example) will burn through credits quickly. Model the cost before going live.
  • API-key authentication, not OAuth. The connection requires generating and pasting an API key from the Browse AI dashboard. This is less seamless than OAuth integrations like Klaviyo, but it works and only needs to be done once per sub-account.
  • Browse AI robots must be configured first. The GoHighLevel integration does not create or configure Browse AI robots. You need to have working robots set up in Browse AI before you can trigger or run them from workflows. The integration orchestrates existing robots; it does not replace the Browse AI setup process.
  • Browse AI credits billed separately. Your Browse AI plan and credit usage is independent of GoHighLevel. Running more automations through the integration means higher Browse AI bills on top of GoHighLevel premium credits.
